What is Thai sweet and sour sauce made of?
Thai sweet and sour sauce is typically made of lime juice and tamarind paste (for the sour), palm sugar (for the sweet), and fish sauce (for the salty, umami accents). Shallots, chilli and garlic can also be added if you’re making the sauce from scratch and wanting to add some extra flavour.
