What can I eat with eggs for breakfast?

One of the best things about eggs is that they go with just about everything! Seriously, there are few things that DON’T go with eggs. You can have eggs with pulled pork, bacon, cheese (obviously), spicy pork, Asian greens and possibly my favourite way to eat eggs, with potatoes. Potato breakfast recipes are greatly improved with the addition of eggs, and eggs are improved with potatoes – win, win!

What are some different ways to cook eggs?

In terms of breakfast recipes, egg recipes are up there with some of the most common (and some of the best). And just like there are many different breakfast recipes to indulge in, there are also so many ways to cook and eat eggs.

In terms of easy breakfast recipes, fried  eggs are up there with one of the easiest. Super simple but super delicious. You can also poach eggs, scramble them, boil them and even steam them! There are just so many ways you can cook eggs. These recipes will have you whipping up  new eggy deliciousness in a different way every single day!

Can I make eggs for breakfast the day before?

Absolutely! One of the best things about eggs is that you can meal-prep them! Now, I wouldn’t recommend cooking scrambled eggs the day before BUT if you tend to be a bit time poor in the morning, eggs are a super easy way to get your food fix while heading out the door.

The best way to do this is with egg cups! Kind of like a mini frittata, fill your egg cups with whatever extras you choose, bake them and then store in your fridge for whenever you need a speedy breakfast fix.
